Can we have an updated list of all QM Rules?

QM Rules are scattered all over previous patch notes and very old posts (some dated 2014), so it's hard for anyone to be aware of all rules and this can lead to some confusing situations (e.g. new players might not understand why they see a Tyrande or a Sonya on the enemy team and no support/warrior on theirs).

The best list I could find was this http://heroesofthestorm.gamepedia.com/Quick_Match but some rules are missing (e.g. distinction between Healers and Support-ish heroes) and I'm not even sure if all those are still applied.

I'd really like to see an official post about all current QM Rules, please.

Tassadar, Tyrande, Medivh, Zarya, Abathur are all "sustain" heroes, this is something I'm 100% sure of.

I think Leoric might also be in there.

So if you're playing Abathur, you are guaranteed to go up against one of the above mentioned heroes -- and the same goes for if you're playing Tyrande, Tass, Medivh or Zarya.

Confirming Leoric is not in the Support category (yeah the category for Tyrande, Tassadar, etc. is named Support which is confusing every time we talk about it in the office (also that's et cetera not Elite Tauren Chieftain (we don't make this easy on ourselves))).

Yeah I know right? We've all had that guy who butcher charges core down mid out the gates...

If your abilities are off cooldown you're required to cast them... right?
