It's been 5 months now since 2.0 and my daily quests are still broken, support has been unhelpful at best.

So with 2.0 and the HoTS revamp, they somehow bugged my account (that I've had since alpha!) and 2 dailies quests that I completed back in April won't clear from my daily quest list. Not only that, I only get the same daily quest every day, for 5 months now, play 2 games with a Starcraft hero.

I've contacted Blizzard numerous times, most of the time it ended up being support acknowledging the issue, submitting a bug report, but nothing.

I am posting here in the hope that this catches Blizzard's attention because that's not exactly acceptable to render certain accounts basically unplayable, since it basically blocks the main way to gain gold since I can't get the juicer dailies.

    Sorry you're having difficulties with the daily quests. We've had a hard time reproducing the quests not clearing internally which has made it hard to fix, but continue to try and hopefully we'll sort it out soon.

    For getting the same quests every day, that may be due to your playstyle. Once you get above a certain level, the system assumes that you've settled into playing the hero types you enjoy and tries to go with that by preferring to give you quests that require those types.

    It's well-intentional, but created a potential feedback loop where players who only play games to complete daily quests can end up getting the same quests repeatedly because those are the only hero types they're playing. We'll be changing the system so that doesn't happen, but you can break out of the loop yourself in the meantime by playing games as different types of heroes.

    Well, now I feel pretty stupid for always assuming that the people saying they kept getting the same daily over and over were just falling prey to perception biases...

    Your dailies are pretty bugged in more ways than just this, by the way. Though hardly something worth complaining about, I frequently manage to complete quests I have no business completing, like completing 'play XX heroes twice' by playing any hero. Just a couple of days ago I completed both 'play 2 SC heroes' and 'play 2 WC heroes' at the same time, in two games, by playing Azmodan for in both of them. So either the dailies are pretty bugged, or Azmodan gets around a lot more than I was aware of.

    I'm guessing you were playing in draft modes. When playing draft, the hero you pick counts as a wild card for quest updates so players can focus on choosing the hero that is best for their team comp without worrying about which ones they have quests for.
