Tab always displays the Recap on first use each game...
What the title says. Because up to garry patch It always displayed talents, not recap unless you selected it. Is there an option to change that? Is it a bug? A feature? Working as intended(TM)?

It's being fixed. Right now, tabbing is triggering the same functionality as death recap when you're dead. It should be opening up whatever panel you had last open in the session or the talent pane if there's no historical info.
