Give a Hero a talent from another Hero to make them overpowered

Find a non-Heroic talent from a Hero and move that talent over to another Hero. Change the abilities affected as needed.

Example: Take Way of the Hundred Fists from Kharazim and give it to Illidan: Diving to an enemy launches a rapid volley of 6 Basic Attacks dealing 50% damage each.

Take Assassinate from Valeera and give it to Chromie: Dragon's Breath deals 100% additional damage if no other enemy Heroes are within 4 range of the victim

Take Death From Above from Valeera and give it to Garrosh: Bloodthirst now has 6 range and teleports Garrosh behind the victim.
