Zeratul nerf or bug? Vorpal blade now only has Blink range.

So McIntyre has brought to his viewers attention this hopefully unintentional bug

That causes Zeratuls Vorpal blade ability to only have Blink range since the patch.

If this is intentional though it is a huge nerf to Zeratul and will probably reduce his competitive viability.

Not saying this is what happened, but Phase Shift can be cancelled early by pressing E again. Huge downside if you're panic spamming it.

This is correct, it can be cancelled now, so be careful of spamming!
