Isn't this already fixed? When I try it on the healing dummy in try-mode, the heal triggers at the right range. Also, I'm pretty sure that the bug was that the trigger range was bigger not smaller.

This appears to be fixed to us as well, we've done extensive research on it today and haven't been able to reproduce it. If this is still occurring and we can get some steps that'd help!

Thanks for bringing this up, we are investigating this now.

Can you guys Fix the problem with her Level 1 talent trait that increase Range of the healing, but the "Trigger" range for the healing proc stay the same as normal. leaving BW not healing people on the extra 20% range gain by the talent...

I've sent an inquiry to our QA folks to take a look at this, thanks for bringing it up.

EDIT: Hijacking my comment, I've looked at this with our technical armor guru and the behavior is behaving the same as it was before the Zul'jin patch. The tooltip was updated and is what caused this confusion, as it is now incorrectly stating it is only reducing for the next ability. The Spell Armor is still applied for the duration of Pixie Dust and lasts for the full 4 seconds. We will fix the tooltip in an upcoming patch. :)
