[Korea Issue] Streamers in Korea are Silenced for no reason
Hello! I'm one of a Heroes streamer in Korea, and I wrote this thread cause of some 'serious' problem.
Someday ago in Korea, someone is using repetitive report for using inappropriate words to streamers, pros or even commentators and users who are in his/her channel even they didn't used any inappropriate words.
Surprisingly due to the 'many repetitive report=silence sanction' algorithm, they got silence sanction for no reason! this is ridiculous, isn't it?
Starting with streamers like 'Bongsoon', 'Jiwoojima', 'Bluebeetle' pros like 'Rich', even Korean commentator 'King' and innocent user who are in their channel was silenced for no reason. just someone reported many times. (King was even silenced two times when he didn't chat on game at all. how this is possible?)
Victims of one had silence objection to BlizzardKorea, but they are just using macro-style answer(they even send Overwatch answer to them!!), and they makes no any improvements. the report-attackers are still alive and doing repetitive report to other streamers, and the victims are still appears.
I knew 'Grubby' has same problems, but is this happening in yours countries too?

Thanks for the report and my apologies for the difficulties its caused.
Abuse of the report system is just as bad as any other abusive behavior and we've banned the players involved. We've also put some changes in place that should help limit this from happening again.
