I will say as a producer I don't always have the particular answers that you're looking for in terms of gameplay and design decisions, but I can try and help get them. I don't think it is a fair expectation that every question on Reddit or our forums will receive a specific answer though.
The point I am trying to make is that it's a bit weird, and perhaps even out-of-place, when some blizzard representatives are around making jokes when a lot of people are legitimately confused at why their favorite hero got some pretty gnarly nerfs.
It's still a Blizzard tag, and especially in a thread titled like this, one would expect more.
That being said, any form of interaction with you guys is greatly appreciated, and I don't want to discourage you from doing any of it :)!

I totally get that, Toastie, and I understand where you're coming from. It is fair feedback for sure so thank you for clarifying. Truth be told I made that post from my phone when I was working out at the gym this morning and I wasn't heavily invested/read up on the thread, I just latched onto something we've been bantering about in the office with Azgaz out of office and how much he is still working. I do like to maintain a lighter side to my posting, it isn't always fun to be following up on feedback or pulling teeth to get answers to things internally, but I'll try to be more careful in the future. :)
