Li-Ming's W got a rewording to "fix" the weird interaction with spell damage.

Li-Ming's Arcane Orb ability used to read "Deal X to 3X damage, based on distance". It now instead reads "Deal X damage, damage is increased the further it goes up to 200%."

This wording on almost every other interaction in the game with "+xx%" damage means that it works additively. This new wording means Glass Cannon ONLY buffing from the base damage of Arcane Orb (and completely ignoring bonus damage from distance) is INTENDED.
