Kel'thuzad's Shadow Fissue no longer resets on enemy hit.
Just played him, level 20. Every time I hit it, the cooldown reduced to 3 seconds every time I noticed it. I can only assume this is because of the nerf to shadow fissue which turned the CD from 15 seconds to 20 seconds. Perhaps the level 20 talent reduced the CD by 15 seconds when it hit an enemy hero instead of resetting the CD.
Either way, it's not resetting on hero hit, only lowering CD.
