Important link for people who are complaining about lags on EU servers

Hello there,

So like a lot of people, I had some issues with huge lag spikes during some games (and the issue was only related for the whole particular game and nothing during the previous or the next ones).

Those lags were so unpredictable and hardcore that I'm not even trying to go into HL until Blizzard confirms it's all clear.

But in the meantime, Blizzard made a bluepost on the official forum so we can give them data (which is very important in order to identify the source of the issue and to fix it once and for all).

Heroes of the Storm IPs from the Technical Support Forums :

Region IP Address
North America (Americas) 24.105.30.129 (US West)
Nort America 24.105.62.129 (US Central)
Australia (Americas) 103.4.114.233
Singapore (Americas) 202.9.67.59
Brazil (Americas) 54.207.104.145
Europe 185.60.112.157
Europe 185.60.112.158
Korea (Asia) 182.162.116.1
Taiwan (Asia) 203.69.111.4

So next time you have a laggy game, go on the blue post and give them some intel to work with.

I only saw that BP today in the comment section of one of the huge pile of post about lags which is kind of a bummer since I could've upload information about almost 20 games with this issue.

PS EDIT: The other big question about that is when will we get prevented loss when this kind of thing happens ? While in normal games I don't mind to have one more lose because of that, losing from 180 up to 600 points because of something none of the 10 players has control on seems kinda off, even more when it's coming from the infrastructure.

See you in the nexus,
