Stukov Skin Concept - Crazy Cat Man [OC]

Mr Alex was always a strange, quiet fellow, who usually kept to himself and the pets he brought from his homeland. His neighbors find his passion concerning, but he always assures them it will never get out of hand.

Some weird idea I had! I actually dislike cats...

So yeah, Stukov hitting people with cats, throwing them, and occasionally slapping/shoving with an endless horde of them. Possibly too ludicrous to make, but that's kind of the idea!

I’ve always wondered how you guys approach incorporating fan skins and concepts into the game. Like is there actually a possibility of this happening? Also waiting on janitor Leoric.

I can tell you that if there's a large backing of the skin by the community there are discussions about bring those skins to the nexus.
