I am disappointed by how infrequently you hear unique kill quotes

I wanted to hear Sylvanas taunting Arthas or Kaelthas in my last match, but she always did generic taunts. Either that or Diablo would interject, or something else.

Can we at least have an option to turn up the frequency of unique interactions?

This is a bug. The designers were aware of it a few months ago, butaybe they've forgotten.

They haven't forgotten and this is fixed in a future build. You'll know it when you hear it!
