So essentially if you take purifier upgrade at lvl 20, and you target someone about to die, it will go on a 10 sec cooldown, and the lvl 20 effect will still fire. So you get a beam on someone that was close and in 10 secs you can fire a fresh one.
The video quality is horrible because I rushed it, but if someone is not lazy enough be free to do a better one and post here.
