Arguably the best patch so far and the game is still unplayable...
The Xul patch introduced some kind of computer bricking awfulness that currently floods the technical forums with complaints. I am still unable to play the game with my <10 fps and 200+ ms on a fantastic rig that beautifully runs almost any game currently out. How has blizzard not fixed this, let alone ACKNOWLEDGED it somewhere? This is now my third reddit post along with two hots forum posts talking about this issue plaguing tons of players. Can we PLEASE get a response from blizzard at the very least? This patch is incredibly enticing and fixed too many issues to count. I would like to play my favorite game again, please...

Sorry you're running into these issues. I know you've said that you've posted on the forums before, but have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps located here? Hopefully there's something in the thread that helps, but if not, go ahead and start a new thread in the support forums and shoot me a Reddit message with a link.
