North America includes Canada and Mexico tho, at least geographically speaking, I think you mean United States of America.
I wonder the reasons Mexico is being excluded since geographically it belongs to the region, I just hope the reason isn't "because they speak spanish" tbh...

Hi, I have a question. I am from Mexico But playing in the Latam tournaments its hard because ping is worse there than in the NA servers, could my team play in the Open Division of NA?
The NA Open Division is restricted to Canada and USA*.
