Do you think Riot should add a tier below bronze?

I feel like there are way too many players in silver and bronze and a tier below that would at least give space to the very new players who are still learning + would make every other elo more competitive.

On the other hand though, it might just be exactly like bronze where everyone stuck in bronze will just go one tier down and be stuck in that tier.
