Hi -- for full clarity, I did not organize the event and did not attend. But from what I've gathered, the panels were live-streamed. So in terms of visibility into the information presented, I think attendees are just missing out on literally sitting in the room and the resume/portfolio review. I understand that's not quite the same thing, but the doors were open to everyone after 2:30 for that if that's specifically what you wanted.
If, for whatever reason, you attended then and still did not receive resume/portfolio help -- feel free to DM me. I worked as college instructor for 3 years and at the writing center for 2 years, so I have a bit of experience with it. I can't promise super extensive reviews with Semifinals continuing today, but I'll respond!
I also recognize the live stream might not have been advertised super well, but I believe they are looking to get vods on that. I'll edit this comment to include that link if I can get a hold of it.
And to the OP of this thread -- thank you for sharing your perspective. I'm not going to pretend like Riot has been a paragon for justice, but do I think a lot of us are doing our best to be better. Riot is a large company, and there will be dissenting voices and missteps for sure, but I think we're at least pointing the needle in a better direction now.
Edit: Yesterday's live stream appears to still be up on the the Riot Games Instagram account. You can also watch today's panels on that stream as well -- not sure how one goes about converting that to a VOD, but they are trying.

I am at PAX currently, and yesterday had some great discussions about careers at Riot with a couple guys outside 613 (they also had a chance to talk with the Rioters in the room at about 3). Like MeanMisterKien, I also have experience with resume/portfolio editing, so if that's what you're interested in come thru.
I hear all of you that we bungled comms on this, only jumping in this thread now so that anyone at PAX knows that they should absolutely come by and ask all the questions they want. Everyone is welcome.
