Should i buy runes?
Hey guys i want to main Diana and i want 3 quints of Ability power (they are -50% off now ! so it's gonna be around 1.5k IP) , but is it worth buying runes now? i mean they said they will rework them and there is aren't refunds on them either. Should i?
