Completely amazed my girlfriend learned to play League in secrecy over 6 months! She even maintained a blog about her journey!
Yesterday, for our 1-year anniversary my girlfriend dropped an absolute bomb! She had reached level 30 over a month ago learning and practicing League of Legends since January in complete secrecy!
After she told me I could not immediately fully appreciate the magnitude of this. I have been playing since S4 and it took me a short while to recall how daunting the whole process of learning League could be. I had friends to help, but SHE DID IT ALL BY HERSELF! Also very special was that she regularly updated a blog about her journey, so she was still able to share her feelings and experiences with me. The whole thing is just adorable!
I hope some of you find this at least half as heart-warming as I do.
Edit: Wow thoughtful and wonderful replies from so many of you! The both of us are just swept by the reception of this post/her blog! I'm sorry if neither of us could get to your comment before now, but I unfortunately have to head to bed.
