I feel most Champion Spotlights are both funny and interactive about the champion in question. Whenever i see a spotlight, i rush to watch it to have a giggle AND to learn a bit more about a new champion.
While Galio had its share of puns, i felt like this one was a bit too short for the showcasing, and the humor wasn't on the same level. It wasn't like, said, the Ivern spotlight, which showcased a lot about the champion both lorewise and gameplaywise while feeling cool to watch due to the humor.
TL;DR not enough dank memes and not enough information.
