Glad to see other devs looking at how well Yoshida and his team are doing things, especially in the communication front.

I wouldn't mind a "live letter" style thing where you answer some questions from players and maybe give little sneak peaks at things to come :p

For a lot of Rioters, live letters are unmissable events. I went out to dinner with several FFXIV players, and when someone realized there was a live letter coming out, we watched a livestream on a phone for the rest of the meal.

mhm i could definitely tell you aren't a fan of cameras.
what bothered me just a little bit was how ehm... practiced/read this felt.
I felt you were just reading a piece of paper, wether it be in your head or below the camera.
what i DO like however, are these type of video's. you are one of the, if not THE worlds BIGGEST video game company and lately you and your team have been way more open towards the community. i really appreciate that, not everyone would do that.
i guess what i want to say is thank you.
