Feedback for devs: Vlad victory/defeat voice lines
I love playing Vlad Scargrounds, but I noticed today how Vlad doesn't have any voice lines for when you win or lose with him on board. I know Vlad isn't the most popular champ, but I would love if they could give him a victory and defeat voice line.
Here are some suggestions.

Heyoooo. Vlad writer here. A while ago, I went in and reassigned some lines to all the Set 1 champs who didn't have victory or defeat lines (most were champs I wrote because I'm bad and/or the template for champion scripts was still in the process of being figured out. Probably option a tbh but I'm not 100% sure), butttt if they're not playing then something went wrong. I can go into ol' Unity and have a looksee next week.
