do you really believe rioters cannot take time off individually and all just have 1 week vacation in summer? that would be ridiculous.
they close the whole company for like 2 weeks over christmas/new years every year too btw.
Hahaha :P we actually have a great PTO program. It just while you are working on your passion, its really hard to take time off and also not feel like you missed a bunch. I'm lucky to work with a great team that are all super passionate. That's why as leaders of teams, we have to go around reminding folks that they need some time off to recharge mana.
This is also why weeks off like this are great because everyone is off together and you don't feel like you are missing much.
