Unable to acces game

Hello I got a beta key last preview patch and was able to play just fine but it says that I dont have permission to play the game.

Do I need a new key for this patch?

I did, sent in a ticket and a bot replied saying that LoR is currently offline with a link to pre-register for the next patch and marked my ticket status as solved.

I'll share this with the support folks
