Is the one day early access on the 23rd true!?

Saw a couple things online and in this subreddit about it - can anyone confirm this from a Riot standpoint? I'm not seeing anything online on any Riot websites which is why it seems like a toss-up....

Does totally seem like something they'd do, though!

Yeah, I noticed it seems to hate direct links. Try clicking on News, there should be the article called "open beta faq"!
