My Riot Account has the Wrong Country

I live in the US. I noticed in the LoR store that all the prices were listed in non-US dollar amounts.

I then checked Options > About and saw my Region is SWE and Shard is Europe. Then I checked my Riot account and noticed my country is listed as Sweden.

All my launchers say NA(EN). My Riot ID is followed by a #NA1. Has this happened to anyone else? How can I resolve the issue and get my country, region, and shard properly set to NA/US? I want to keep playing LoR but I'm nervous my progress/purchases will get lost when the issue get resolved and I get set back to NA.
