I tried to craft 3x Rhastas and it used 14 Epic wild cards and I didn’t get any Rhastas.. anyone else had this problem? Opened a ticket but just curious
After looking more closely, it appears it's listed multiple times from when I thought I had enough wildcards to unlock multiple copies but only bought 1 and not 3 like I thought. So I think it's actually fine and it's just showing transactions that never actually completed.
We spent a lot of time looking at this today and you are describing one of the potential bugs we found. In this case, if you do have "extra" refunds listed they will error and the bug is they shouldn't be there. That said it's best of players think they lost a wild card or can't get a refund when they should, to contact player support while we work through this as Player Support can definitely look at what you've earned and redeemed and if there is something missing, help you resolve the issue.

How are refunds supposed to work? The policy says cards unused within 7 days. When I click it it says Error refunding the purchase, please try again later. America shard, IGN is Ajido.
If you're unable to process a refund definitely contact Player Support. You may be encountering a bug but either way the can access your account data and work with you to get any valid refunds processed for you!
It definitely shouldn't say "error" that means something went wrong and they can sort things out for you (we're working through the potential bugs to make sure this doesn't keep happening in the future).
