PSA: Exp Bug

I've seen a few people posting about this and it's happening to me as well, so I figured I'd address it

Exp is bugged, but you are still getting it, it's just not showing that you get it. I think the problem is the display not saving, but if you exit and re launch the game it will be updated to the right total and you'll be able to get any rewards the big prevents you from getting. It's annoying to have to do it like this, but it does work. I've been relogging every time I should be hitting a new reward

    I assume this isn't fixed yet because I just finished my daily which game me 1.5k exp + daily and win bonuses which totals around 1700++. I had 1.5k / 4k, filled up to almost 4k. Then after next game win, it went back to 1.5k / 4k. My chests are still triple platinum so it's not a new bar as I'm expecting 1 box to upgrade to diamond for 4k exp.

    Tried restarting and logging off and still says 1.5k / 4k.

    Ewwwww. Makes my heart break when I see this. I know I sound like a broken record, please contact player support. While we do our best to read Reddit/Discord/Twitter/FOTM Social Media and play the game our selves, Player Support provides us with really good metrics on how bad various pain levels are and that helps us prioritize which things to fix first. That team is amazing at its ability to keep us informed on trending problems.
