If you're incorrectly placed in the wrong Shard and request a transfer, your account progress will be erased, this includes ALL CARDS.

I'm currently having a horrible experience where I discovered I wasn't able to play with any of my friends from Australia since I discovered I was incorrectly placed in the Europe shard. After talking to Riot Support, I requested to be transferred to the shard that OCE is based in, so I can play with my friends. I was transferred to the Asia shard, but soon discovered my entire account progress, purchases and cards have been erased.

Worse yet, I spoke to my friends and discovered that they're all on the AMERICAN'S shard for some reason.

I'm still waiting to hear back a response from Riot Support with regards to this issue, but I advise anyone that is stuck on the incorrect server to NOT TRANSFER IF YOU VALUE YOUR ACCOUNT. At least until they can figure out how to do so without losing your entire account.

Borderline makes me feel like quitting the game. I had a very nice Vault upgrade to 2 Diamond vaults and decent progression and it's all been made redundant. Even worse I've also spent real money on coins, which makes me feel cheated as well.

can we get a mod to pin it at the top of the page? Im not familiar with reddit enough to know if that's a thing or not but it seems so?

Not mod, so can't answer that question, but you don't need this to be at the top of the page for us to be aware of the pain. We are aware.

I am sorry to hear this.

We really need to raise this up to let the proper support from Riot know what is going on. This is really not how they have acted in the past on issues.

For clarity, we are aware (I and others get reports from Player Support as well as see the issues here). As usual we'll talk about future plans when we have something we can commit to.

As I said in another thread, it really makes a difference when you talk to player support, even if you don't get a outcome you're happy with at the moment, the PS team are true champions of Player Pain and they make it very clear to us how much pain, how many players, how often, and the types of problems happening. That then leads to helping us determine priority and best course of action. So please, keep the feedback coming!
