How can I tell which enter effects I can respond to?
Why are effects like Laurent Bladekeeper or etb triggers on existing units (Sparring Student getting +1/+1 from a creature entering) instant and always resolve? We should be able to kill a unit in response. How come Experimenter etb trigger goes on stack and eg. Laurent Bladekeeper doesn't? Either have all one way or the other, the inconsistency is weird and you always have to guess.
