Ranked queues

So i already made a post a couple hours ago but i think i need to adress this one more time. Im sitting at platin 2 right now and the queue times are just ridiculous atm. I literally have to wait for about 25-35 min to get matched and for about 3 hours its the same 2 guys all over again. One sitting at gold 1 and the other at dia 4. Are we really the only 3 people playing ranked in euw at the moment (range gold to dia)? Thats freakin insane

And since no one seems to be talking about that in this subreddit i just wanted to know if guys are aware of this?

Hi! LoR release engineer here. We think if you're experiencing this issue you are likely still on the old version of the game, so you're only getting matched against other people on the old version. Can you please try quitting the game and re-launching it?

If that doesn't work, can you please do me a favor and tell me what client version you see in the "About" screen in the game options? It should currently be "LIVE_0_8_3_5". Thanks :)

You can also always create a ticket with player support.

yeah I just needed to patch the game. I didn't really closed the client for about 2 days, my pc was just on standby the whole time. thank you very much for you're reply :)

Hi, I think I found a possible exploit because of this. When the wait time for an expedition match gets too long (2 minutes 10 seconds in my experience), you get to play against a bot: 'PoroBot (AI)'. And since the bot is arguably easier to play against, not updating the game could result in a lot of free expedition wins to anyone who knows this. (See my related post from earlier today)
