OCE queue is currently disabled?

Is there any info on why the queue is disabled for the OCE/AU servers?

We're doing a small amount of maintenance, things will be back up soon.

For future reference, what is the usual estimated downtime for this type of maintenance?

It really depends on what we're doing, but we try to minimize player impact as much as we can. Minutes not hours is definitely my personal goal.
