I'm confused about when I am and when I am not allowed to respond to abilities.
I know that burst spells can not be responded to. I'm particularly confused with the "play" abilities. It seems like sometimes I am allowed to respond to an ability of a follower entering the battlefield and other times it doesn't give me the chance to respond.
