First match in expedition against a person with 4 champions. How is that possible?

Started my run with 2 champions as usual and in the very first match i go against someone with 3 Karma's and 1 Lux .... Does expeditions have no matchmaking?

    I saw comments on here that Expedition matchmaking was supposed to be based on the number of Champions, so what you describe is not supposed to happen. I think this information supposedly came from a developer comment and not one of the main developer articles, and so I don’t think it is easy to find.

    It is supposed to be based on number of champions- there’s some loosening of requirements the longer you sit in queue, but by all means report unexpected matchmaking results to player support- it’s helpful feedback!

    Honestly this shouldn't happen, Expedition is literally a paid game mode, forcing you to play an unfair game is bad design I'd rather sit longer in queue or have a timeout and try later if it's too long.

    We have to set boundaries at which we loosen the requirements- if you feel they happen too soon (which I think is totally valid!) voice that feedback to player support: we take action on the most commonly submitted feedback

    How exactly to submit feedback to player support? I know that sometimes you get bot matches if there isn't anyone to match with, I'd rather that (or even literally no game at all, just "try again later") than mismatched champ numbers
