Small QoL Update - Click Cards to Replace in Mulligan for PC Players

Hey All -
I forgot to make sure this got added to the patch notes. We made a quick update to allow PC players to left click the cards themselves in order to replace them during Mulligan. I know this has been an annoying ear flick you all wanted to change.
