Name with spaces.

I just created account a few days ago. Been loving the experience. I tried to direct challenge with a friend.

It just stays at waiting for opponent to challenge back. I’ve read the bug on wizards website. They say to manually input space. My friend has tried every possible option. Still not working.

Space. No space. Leaving cursor where space should be. Inputting whole name then adding space. Capitals are proper.

Yes we are. We were on FaceTime for an hour trying to figure it out. Both of our screens said waiting for opponent to challenge and had both our names right

I’m not sure then. You can submit a bug report for it, but I would quadruple check the usernames. So for example, you have to enter in PinchyMcStingbutt#9001. If there was a space it would be Pinchy McStingbutt#9001.

So what. The space bug isn’t a known issue anymore. That was just for people unable to put a space?

Can I change my username? I’d create a new account but I don’t want to loose my cards

Yeah there were a couple weird bugs that happened because of spaces when we originally released Direct Challenge.

If you're looking to change your username, I suggest reaching out to our support team.

This is exactly what we were doing. Do we need to click challenge at the EXACT same time. Like be on the phone and say 3,2,1 click.

Nope! Just be in queue at the same time.

Within a few seconds yes. Do we need to be on the phone and click the button at exact same time or something

‪Make sure you enter in your username and # exactly, space included, case sensitive. Your username# have to be absolutely exact and you both have to be challenging each other at the same time.

So you enter in their username and start direct challenge, and at the same time your friend enters in your username and starts direct challenge. You don’t sit and wait for a notification or anything like that.

Are you both entering in the information and challenging each other at the same time?
