Terrible Customer Service

Has anyone else experienced the terrible customer service? I am not receiving a password reset email which should be a basic function nowadays. I have submitted the online ticket 3 times with no answer , because heaven forbid they have a number to call that doesn’t just tell you to submit a ticket online.

The experience I have had has been terrible, literally just trying to play your game.

I played in the closed beta, didn’t log in for a while, and I come back to this hot mess. Terrible customer support.

    It’s the fact I have had to submit a ticket 3 times for over a week and no response!

    Next time reply to your original ticket via email for an update, instead of submitting three separate ones. The tickets are replied to in the order they are received and as you can imagine there are a LOT of tickets!

    Unfortunately if you didn't log in to your account between September 27 (move to Open Beta) and December 13 at 8am PST, your account won't automatically migrate so your account is kind of in limbo (which is probably why you didn't receive a password reset email). Reach out to our support team here and see if you can retrieve your account. The tickets are answered in the order they are received, so it isn't an instant process unfortunately. Hope this helps!
