Chaos Wand is bugged in Arena
Part of the power of Chaos Wand is being able to inspect the cards your opponent exiles. For example, if they have no instant or sorceries, you get to look at their entire deck. However, in Arena when you tap Chaos Wand, it instantly exiles their deck, without ever giving you the chance to inspect it.
If they discard an instant or sorcery, it works fine. You can see all the cards that were exiles until that card. But if they have zero instant or sorceries, you don't get to see anything. This is not how Chaos Wand works.
