Does it really say well about you that this is first post in 7 days? And before those 3 posts, monitoring AMA, another 2 weeks break? There was bunch ofg high upvoted posts in last month that would greatly benefit from Wizards input, but people that develop the game seem to have much more time to interact with community that your team.
We (meaning this account, our individual WotC Reddit accounts, and other platform accounts) jump into conversations on various platforms, and we're always keeping up with the community here! We may not reply, but we're always reading and passing along feedback.
As for the developers, they interact with folks on Reddit because this is their favorite platform and they're ultimately the topic experts. If an answer can come directly from them, that's awesome, because the best person to talk about a thing is the person who made the thing.
