It's the sum of all these "small inconveniences" that ruin gameplay in the long run - compared to other games.
I find it ridiculous to not fix things because it's "a ton of work". Just think of your Boss' reaction if you said this to him/her!
For god's sake, just hire some competent coders - or did we no give WotC enough money with alle the stuff we have been buying in the Arena?
Speaking as said boss, I totally agree with the team here. This is a bug; I’d like it fixed; the degree of work involved means that it’s low on the priority list.
