(Bug) Amonkhet Remastered cards are not legal in Best-of-Three, only Best-of_one

In addition to not being able to join the Traditional Historic queue, this affects things like searching in the deck editor. If your deck is labeled as Traditional Historic, you can't search for the new cards there.

Thanks for the report. We're aware and working on a fix.

Fixed now. You may need to relaunch the client to see the change (if you had it open since before the fix was made).
