[Bug] kicker spells don't target anymore in Dominaria draft

I was playing in Dominara BO1 draft, my opponent just casted a kicked shivan fire, mana is tapped, spell went to the graveyard, and... nothing happens. All my creature is still there.

Later he also casted a kicked vicious offering, but when I mouse over the spell on the stack (trying to see which creature he targets), the usual targeting arrow doesn't show up. I did not confirm as to be same I reanimated my Shalai, Voice of Plenty to counter it anyways (and win the game)

These behavior suggests that kicking a spell will somehow remove its target. I would suggest people hold off on playing the draft right now (which is a shame, I played because there's only 1 day left...)
