Clarification for anyone who ordered a Secret Lair Bundle

I emailed WOTC to clarify: if you ordered a Secret Lair bundle but got an email saying they’re shipping just one Lair, don’t worry. WOTC confirmed all Lairs are shipping at the same time

    What about the orders that cannot redeem the download codes, what should we do?

    That was an issue on the back end of our store that we're resolving now! If you haven't received one already, you should receive another confirmation email in the next 24 hours or so that will have the correct links to redeem your download codes for MTGO and MTG Arena. Just to be safe, we'd recommend double-checking your spam filters.

    What if you cancelled order but bank transaction went throught , it is not pending anymore... I sent email to zendesk already...

    I'd check to make sure that you've already sent in a ticket to the support link above. This will get you support specific to the Secret Lair store, rather than our usual game support issues (things like MTGO account issues or damaged product replacement, etc.). Our customer service teams should be able to assist you with this issue from there. With the higher volume of tickets there may be some delays, but you'll be helped as soon as possible.     I emailed them asking why I saw my order as "bitterblossom dreams" (only)

    and got a useless response

    but everything seems alright on the info page now

    This was an error on our back end that should be resolving itself shortly if it hasn't already. Rest assured that if you ordered a bundle and your confirmation email seemed to suggest you would get something different, you'll be receiving a bundle.

    I received an order confirmation when I ordered the bundle (late Monday night), but I haven't seen a shipping notification or tracking number yet. How long did it take for you to get these?
