What exactly does this mean? Will they only be included for the complete set, or for all of the individual bundles too? And will they be included internationally too?
They will be included in the bundle and in all of the individual drops (IE: The Bitterblossom Dreams drop that's going on sale individually very soon this morning!), and this is true of all orders internationally.
