The Origins of the Idioms

I'm a huge player of all sorts of card games, and I know that a lot of CCG jargons come from MTG, so I was wondering what specific cards or situations from MTG these famous CCG jargons come from?

i.e. tutor, mill, zoo, etc.

Edit: grammar, because the Nazis got me. Please ignore the title despite that it should be changed to "The Origins of the Jargons".
