Iirc Maro has said how there's just one guy at WotC that actually knows how the script and language works

There was just one guy.

But then I taught others.

To what extent was the Phyrexian language designed by Kij Johnson?

If I wanted to translate a message into it for a friend, is there anyone I could talk to about it?

1) I have no idea

2) You'd have to ask other players if they've figured out enough yet, but most likely not. >_>
