Patch for OWL Stage 2?
I was wondering if Stage 2 will be played with the mercy nerf patch. If so are players already allowed to practice and scrim on ptr? Anybody knows?

Hey there stage 2 will be on an updated patch that will include whatever hero balance changes make it through to live.
