Yo Blizzard, I'm impressed with how you take CTF comp seriously enough to do a quick intervention on Lucio. Good job guys.

He needed the adjustment. If we learned anything from the Mercy meta, NO character should be a 100% must pick in any mode.

Lucio can still speed boost people carrying the flag and heal which is his role.

I hope other problem elements in comp get just as quick attention.

and that's why Bill went on with the cheeky "hotfix what", but the irony was lost it seems

I thought maybe there was a bug I didn’t know about, wasn’t trying to be cheeky. Thanks for all the balance feedback I’ll pass it along to Geoff.
