PTR server choosing is borked

I've had people from US joining EU servers, Koreans joining EU servers and now I was put into Korean (icn1) server. What's going on?

Q. What regions are eligible to participate in the PTR?

A. Accounts from all regions (excluding China) are eligible to participate; however, the PTR will be hosted on our Americas region. As a result, if you plan to play the PTR from a region outside the US, please anticipate lowered performance and increased latency.

When we're able we like to run PTR servers in many data centers around the world. It's a better gameplay experience. It's not always possible though so the FAQ only represents our commitment which is US servers.

We'll look into this but PTR is typically a small population so you may see "weird things".
